The company SIMOS-NTOUFA OE was founded in 1979 in Kleisoura Elassona by Lambros Simos and Christos Doufas. With respect to tradition, he produces dairy products with milk, which is supplied every day by livestock units of the region, giving importance to the quality of the raw material, offering local pure cheese products.
The main products of the company are Feta, Goat Cheese, Manouri,Tsantilato,Anthotiro and Nivato. They are all excellent quality made with years of experience, bowl and respect for the consumer. The dairy is housed in modern facilities with processing facilities where strict quality, hygiene and control standards are adhered to at all stages of production according to HACCP & ISO standards.
